Terms and Conditions

New Equipment

All new items purchased from Supreme Ice Cream Ltd are guaranteed for 12 months on a parts only warranty.

All items are the property of Supreme Ice Cream Ltd until paid for in full.

A 30% Non-Refundable Deposit is required with the order, and the balance of the invoice will need to be paid prior to any delivery.

Should there be any fault with any machine within the first 7 days of purchase, Supreme Ice Cream Ltd will rectify the problem, anytime after it will revert back to the parts only Guarantee .

 

Pre Owned Equipment

All pre-owned items purchased from Supreme Ice Cream Ltd are checked and tested and sold in full working order.

All pre-owned items must be installed by a qualified electrician and or a qualified gas fitter and tested by them prior to use.

Any faulty items can be returned within 7 days for a full price refund (Does not include any delivery or return costs).

 

These terms and conditions are on all our paperwork, advertisements at our office and in the warehouse.

The limit of our liability extends only to the value of the purchase price for the equipment and does not cover for any consequential loss of any kind associated with possible failure of supplied equipment.
